Please kindly make use of your tracking numbers and track your whereabouts of your package.
For Instore collection orders ,please kindly collect your package within 7 days after we have sent the “Ready for collection” Text.
We kindly plead that you collect the items yourself,This is so you are able to fit your items ,make sure you are happy and they fit perfectly as we will not allow it back if collected by someone else.
Please note that we DO NOT DO REFUNDS,We do however accept returns ,only in an unlikely case that we sent you a wrong item (this is a case where we sent you a wrong color |size | or an item you didn’t order entirely and not the Size you ordered/ item you ordered) Please not chance of this happening is 0.1% as we double check orders before dispatch and communicate with a client if there is any problem with their purchase.
